The Easy-Cut Kebab Machine has been designed to work in perfect harmony with the Easy-Cut Kebab Knife. Sporting 4x 3.5kW burners with independent fine tuned controls, integrated grease collection drawer, a precision clutch to pause the rotation when cutting, low voltage integrated transformer & drawer to connect and store the included Easy-Cut Electric Kebab Knife, sealed reversible switch to change the rotation of knife blade. Supplied in Natural gas as standard but can be converted to LPG by a gas engineer using the included LPG conversion kit. 1 year back to base warranty.   NOTE : Doors / Heat shields are optional extras and are not supplied with the machine as standard

This powerful Rotoquip electric Doner Kebab/Shawarma grill enables you to adjust the heat on to the meat as the whole element assembly slides front to back and can be locked off in any position. The kebab remains fixed so there is no possibility of the meat falling. You can also adjust the heat as each element has individual power setting. The motor is fully protected underneath the spit assembly. The base plate is hermetically sealed so the motor is protected from infiltration by fat or juice from the meat. Mounted on ball bearings, the motor does not bear the weight of the meat nor can it be knocked when the kebab is loaded. To cook the meat evenly, you can move the pilaster and heat source and regulate each zone to adjust the cooking to the height and diameter of the carrot-shaped piece of meat. The kebab is easy to place with one hand only.
