Additionally, this refrigerated prep counter has an adjustable thermostat with a digital display unit to help you monitor and adjust the temperatures provided. This way, you will be in full control of its operation. Heavy-duty castors are used to move the unit around while 3 x 1/1 GN shelves help provide the needed surface area for your storage needs.

Automatic Chapati Machine – 3 Tier Gas Disc oven 700 pcs/Hr
Rotoquip’s automatic 3 tier chapati machine is designed to increase productivity, whilst keeping the footprint to minimum. By using 3 tier discs and 6 x 32 jet burners, this machine can produce up to 700 pieces of chapatis an hour. Simply place the flattened chapatis on to the disc by hand or by using our made to measure conveyor loading system. The chapatis turn on the disc as they gently cook from one side. At the end of the rotation, the half cooked chapatis roll over as they flip on to the middle disc automatically. The chapatis then slide down to the secondary level; where the alternate side gently cooks.
Finally declining to the 3rd disc, where the fully cooked chapatis travel on top of open flame burners. This final blaze causes the chapatis to expand in to it’s final shape and ready for packaging. The chapatis will automatically drop at the end of this rotation in to a box or conveyor cooling system which can be custom made to size and specifications.
