The Rotoquip Electric Heated Chicken Display RHCW-4 is an essential appliance for any fast-food establishment serving and storing fried chicken. It is manufactured from the highest quality stainless steel with acrylic doors ensuring hygienic and long-lasting performance

The RHCW-4 provides a humidified environment preventing freshly cooked chicken from drying out and allowing the chicken to be presented in a desirable fashion. This double tier model has an additional radiant heat controlled warmer on the upper tier. Both tiers are illuminated for appealing food display and both act as a pass through, with front and rear access doors.

The pans are removable, providing a quick and easy solution for cleaning. Requires plumbing to a continuous water supply and drainage.
