Electric Heated Pass-Through Mobile Holding Cabinet – RHC-14

This holding cabinet is adjustable between 30 and 80°C with water reservoir for humidity so you can create the best environment to store your valuable foods. The top-mounted control dials let you make quick adjustments as needed, while its 14 trays offer plenty of space to hold large quantities of food. The body is fully insulated for maximum temperature retention and energy efficiency, and the tubular stainless-steel frame adds strength and support. The clear glass doors, you can check the status of your food at a glance. Its pass-through design lets you easily bridge the gap between your kitchen and front-of-house staff. Thanks to its durable casters, you can easily wheel this cabinet to and from storage. Requires a 240V electrical connection
