The RCG-36E/25mm has a total cooking power of 12kw. The heat is retained and distributed equally throughout the surface due to a thicker plate in comparison to standard griddles. 3 x EGO thermostats ensure the perfect temperature on cooking surface.

Construction

The RCG-36E/25mm is constructed with durable and tough steel for maximum rigidity whilst the outside is covered in high quality stainless steel. The 25mm Thick steel flat plate is polished smooth for easy cleaning and better cooking.

Easy To Clean And Service

The flat plate on RCG-36E/25mm is fully welded and has water tight sides and back, ensuring all spills are collected into the deep waste tray through the waste channel in front of the surface.

Versatility

The RCG-36E/25mm comes standard with 4” adjustable legs, Ideal to use on existing work tops, fridge, freezer or custom made stand (not included)
