RCG-16 – 8kw Professional Gas Flat Plate Griddle / 1 Burner

Packed With Power

The RCG-16 has a H shaped cast iron burner (27,000 BTU). The heat is retained and distributed equally throughout the surface due to a thicker plate than standard griddles. A battery ignition system helps to light the burner which can be adjusted high / low using high quality steel knob.

Construction

The RCG-16 is constructed with durable and tough steel for maximum rigidity whilst the outside is covered in high quality stainless steel. The 19mm Thick steel flat plate is polished smooth for easy cleaning and better cooking. Large zinc alloy knobs coated in chrome to adjust flame level on each burner individually.

Easy To Clean And Service

The flat griddle on RCG-16 can easily be lifted off for servicing. Fully welded water tight side and back bars ensure all spills are collected into the deep waste tray through the waste channel in front of the surface

Safety Features

The RCG-16 features a FFD (flame failure device) manual thermostat with thermocouple that cuts off gas supply when no flame is detected.

Versatility

The RCG-16 comes standard with 4” adjustable legs, Ideal to use on existing work tops, fridge, freezer or custom made stand (not included)
