Designed for professional kitchens, the Rotoquip RCB-48 gas radiant char-broiler is the ideal solution for caterers who need reliability, efficiency and great cooking performance. Create delicious barbecue style steaks and skewers with heavy duty cast iron branding grids that add just the right level of flaring. The RCB-48 provides eight individually controlled heat zones that can form differing temperature on the same surface, allowing you to grill steaks, chicken fillets, burgers, fish, lamb chops, peri peri chicken, and much more. Perfect if you're grilling multiple different items across the cook top. The clever design provides huge efficiency savings, meaning more heat gets channelled into the food and less into the kitchen.

The RCB-48 has eight individually operated cast iron bar burners (20,000 BTU/hr each) which provide power to a total of eight grids. The heat is retained and distributed evenly by heavy duty cast iron radiant covers. Each burner is lit using battery operated ignition system and can be adjusted high / low using independent thermostat
