RTK-150L – Rotoquip – Automatic Gas Tilting Kettle – 150L

The Rotoquip 150 litre gas automatic tilting kettle is ideal for mass production commercial catering establishments. The direct heat from 60 jet burner to a 20mm thick stainless steel cooking plate means that the produce is not burnt. This makes them ideal for delicate products such as custards, chocolate, sauces, currys, boiling milk, confectionary and much more. The Automatic Kettle is fitted with side and bottom scrapers which only only mixes the ingredients but also keeps them from sticking and burning. Stainless steel double jacketed side walls further insulate the product. An automatic tilting function is fitted for efficient and safe emptying. An optional whisk attachment can also be installed on demand.
