The Rotoquip Gas Countertop Griddles are versatile and stylish cooking appliances, designed for commercial kitchens and food establishments such as restaurants, delis, cafeterias and hotels.
These compact and efficient cooking devices features a series of gas-powered U-shaped burners (each 16,000BTU/hr) positioned beneath a grate or grill surface, controlled every 12” width.
