This Rotoquip RDF-28LD is a High output single tank electric fryer ideal for high volume operators, fitted with computer controls allowing up to 10 Recipes to be stored. The RDF-28LD has simple yet effective PCB control panel that can be programmed to desired time and temperature for all of the 10 programable recipes. A buzzer indicates at the end of the programme with it’s completion.
