This Rotoquip RPFE-591 High output floors standing electric pressure fryer is ideal for Chicken restaurants, Fish & Chip shops, etc wanting to offer a bigger range of fried products, Chicken, Fish, Wedges etc.

Rotoquip 8 head pressure fryers produce load after load of healthier, better-tasting fried chicken in less space. Colour- keyed spindle makes it easy to create a perfect pressure seal every time. The Rotoquip pressure fryer is designed for low-cost, high- volume production of consistently excellent fried chicken.

Cooking faster at lower temperature and producing healthier, better tasting fried foods, all the while reducing oil consumption, labour costs and safety concerns. The latest generation of

RPFE-591 pressure fryer from Rotoquip include colour keyed spindle and lid lock making it easy to create the perfect seal every time. Frying management controls, rectangular fry pot and energy efficient heat transfer that generates the lowest industry average exhaust temperatures.

How It Works:

1. Thermostat controlled heating burners / elements are located below the frying pot.
2. Fresh or frozen food is placed in the frying basket and lowered into the pre-heated shortening.

3. Frying lid is closed and latched. Spindle is locked down, forming a secure and air tight seal.
4. A small amount of moisture from food is released immediately, building pressure in closed steam zone to 12 PSI
5. A pressurised cooking environment prevents further moisture from being released, sealing in food’s natural juice and locking shortening out. Pressure increases turbulence and tumbling action, resulting in equal cooking.
6. “Cold” zone below heating source allows crackling to accumulate without scorching.
7. When filtration cycle is activated, used shortening drains through a disposable filter envelope in the built-in filtration system. Switch-activated pump returns hot filtered shortening to fry pot for immediate use.
