Rotoquip’s professional dough mixer / kneader is built in Italy using high
standard parts and materials. Heavy duty motor and gear box drive the
mixer’s bowl as well as the spiral, increasing the speed and efficiency
greatly. Equipped with stainless steel protective guard and timer, makes
this hassle free and safe to operate. The stainless steel safety guard
also serves as an electric cut-off switch. Mounted on 4 heavy duty
castors, Rotoquip mixers are easy to manoeuvre and extremely easy to
clean. Suitable for mixing flour in hotels, restaurants, pizzeria, public
canteens and roti/nan shops
