It’s stainless steel structure includes adjustable legs, Ceramic heating elements, 2x dividing pans, 3x utensils/packaging holding boxes and a cabinet for storage. The heating elements and 40w lamps allow an even heat distribution, and perforated liners are essential for drainage of grease. This heavy duty chip scuttle station is ideal for storing chips and bagging at the optimum holding temperature prior to serving.
