Open flame grilling over a mixture of gas and lava rocks with motorised rotation makes this the perfect way to grill authentic dishes.

Each cage holds 6 full butterfly chickens that can be loaded / off-loaded into the machine individually. Visual impact of this type of flame grill is excellent and hygienic.
